As each piece is handmade to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

Please note: Customised or made-to-measure items cannot be returned.
